1. Introduction

Welcome to Infinite Love Productions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to public relations, marketing, film and television consulting, production services, and related offerings.

By engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services

Infinite Love Productions LLC provides services including, but not limited to:

Public Relations & Media Outreach

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development

Branding & Visibility Consulting

Film & TV Project Development

Event Promotion & Networking Support

Fundraising Campaign Strategy

All services will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal agreed upon prior to the start of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Respond in a timely manner to communications and requests

Supply necessary materials (assets, bios, photos, content, etc.)

Maintain professionalism in all interactions

Delays caused by the Client may impact timelines and deliverables.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees will be outlined in the agreed proposal or contract

Payments may be structured as: Upfront payment Monthly retainers Tiered packages

Payment Terms:

Payments are due on the agreed schedule

Late payments may result in: Service suspension Late fees (if applicable)

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. No Guaranteed Results

While Infinite Love Productions LLC strives to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee:

Media placements

Specific financial outcomes

Audience growth metrics

Project funding success

Success depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions and client participation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Client retains ownership of materials they provide

Infinite Love Productions LLC retains ownership of proprietary strategies, templates, and systems

Upon full payment:

The Client may use deliverables for their intended purpose

The Client may not resell or redistribute proprietary materials without written permission

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

Business strategies

Financial information

Project details

Personal information

This obligation continues even after the working relationship ends.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, as defined in the service agreement.

Upon termination:

All outstanding payments become immediately due

Work completed up to termination will be delivered

No refunds will be issued for work already performed

9. Limitation of Liability

Infinite Love Productions LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of profits or revenue

Missed opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services.

10. Independent Contractor Relationship

Infinite Love Productions LLC operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates:

A partnership

Joint venture

Employment relationship

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters

Internet outages

Illness or emergencies

Government actions

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Washington].

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

14. Acceptance of Terms
